Clobetasone+zinc Sulfate belongs to the group of medicines called 'topical corticosteroids', primarily used to treat skin conditions such as psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, allergies, nappy rash.  This medicine effectively reduces swelling, itching and redness of the skin. Psoriasis is a long-lasting skin issue that makes skin red, patchy and is mostly seen on elbows and scalp. Dermatitis makes skin red, swollen and dry and is more see in children, however, anyone can experience it. Eczema is skin issues in which certain patches of skin becomes cracked, itchy, rough and inflamed. Skin allergy occurs when the skin comes in direct contact with certain pollens, foods, pet dander. A nappy rash may make the child's skin sore and red.

Clobetasone+zinc Sulfate is made up of two medications namely: Clobetasol and Zinc sulfate. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine that works by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Zinc is an important mineral that helps to maintain the health of the skin. Zinc helps to heal the infection. Together, Clobetasone+zinc Sulfate helps in treating skin infections.

You are advised to use Clobetasone+zinc Sulfate for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as skin peeling, dryness, burning sensation, irritation, stinging sensation, itching and redness at the site of application. Directions for Use
